The ABC's of NOW: M is for Money and L is for Life

None can deny that our cosmos is changing. We’re experiencing a giant shift that has a few excited for things to come while many of us cling desperately to a familiar, if imperfect, past.

It’s natural for us to react.

Change brings stress and anxiety, chiefly because of the "ominous" unknown.

For the past few months, I’ve been inspired to create a special podcast series entitled The ABC’s of NOW. It is designed precisely for the “now” in which we are living -- and with the intent to assist during the navigation process.

Every episode focuses on a letter of the alphabet and a specifically assigned word; however, instead of going forward with the ABC’s, we’re taking them in reverse. This backward-facing exercise is here for a reason.

By reviewing and rewinding elementary ideas we’ve acquired from the past, we can now look at them afresh and anew. The aim is to connect with what resonates as our inner truth — our “True North” — and to discard a few notions that don’t.

More than that, this series is intended to foster a greater sense of peace, personal growth and hope to those going through the process of change.

Remember, there’s a new world ahead and it will need a fresh new you to greet its arrival!
