Does President Biden Have Dementia?

Would you consider the mental health of a president a primary factor on whether or not they should be president in the first place? If you do believe it matters these following claims could be quite worrisome. President Joe Biden is considered by many to be the most popular president ever however is he truly mentally fit for the big responsibility? Previous events suggest not and that he may have dementia. One such event was when he was giving a speech in the White House Garden to honor the 31st anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act and became confused and called out “Where’s Mom?” After forgetting a congressman's name, given the fact his mother has been dead for over a decade it raises some speculation as to why he would question where she is, the most probable answer is he was having yet another sign of dementia. Another instance where his mental health came into question is when he answered questions at the CNN town hall in July and when asked about getting vaccinated went on about aliens and the man on the moon. There are many other instances where his mental health came into question however I believe you see where this is going already. So what do you think? Is he senile or can my claims be disproven I would love your feedback?
